Abstract
Hobnail hemangioma(targetoid hemosiderotic hemangiomas) is a benign vascular tumor characterized histologically by a biphasic growth pattern of dilated vascular channels in the superficial dermis lined by prominent hobnail cells and rather narrow neoplastic vessels in deeper dermis. This tumor affects mainly the lower limbs or trunk of male adult. Histopathologically, hobnail hemangioma should be differentiated from a variety of benign to malignant vascular tumors. Herein, we represent a case of hobnail hemangioma which had been confirmed through the skin biopsy.
